Jody has a passion for creating paintings.   Each day, she paints to fulfill her dreams. Art is a passion for me..I want the eternal flame of painting never extinguished. I feel very fortunate to be able to immerse myself into the world of painting where my imagination creates works of art stimulated from my subconscious. For me, Contemporary art is based on a life of the unknown. What I paint today I may change tomorrow. What I paint tomorrow I may view differently within a short period of time. I have a craving for stimulating the brain and keeping life wild and exciting. Painting is a bridge of life for me where I can actually unlock some of the mysteries of my past and settle upon finding answers that will develop, nurture and inspire my true love.

Jody works in a multitude of mediums such as watercolors, acrylics, pastels and charcoals. Perhaps you have seen some of her work at the Palos Verdes Art Center The James Armstrong Theatre or  the  Joslyn Fine Arts Gallery in Torrance, California. Two of her pieces were displayed in the Spotlight On Regional Artists booklet for the Torrance Cultural Center. Her work can be purchased by making an email inquiry directly to the artist.
